No, I don't think the american people should pay for the failure of those top executive mismanagement of funds and than they walk away without serving time in prison for stealing millions of dollars. I am in $170,000.00 worth of debt this include my mortgage I would like to be bailed out of my debt. So if they can't forgive all the american people debt than no one should be forgiven of their debt.
