I'll be happy when February '09 has come and gone. That banner-stream that seems to be running across my television every ten minutes is driving me bonkers. Maybe I'm just assuming too much, but I find it highly unlikely that hardly anyone doesn't have cable or a dish yet. I realize, especially in this economy, that there are some folks who just can't afford this aminity as budgets just won't allow it, but I would bet on the side that most folks find ways to have either aminity in their homes. The rooftop antenna is disappearing faster than ice cream at a birthday party.
I heard what was going on at the zoo the gentleman who said he would get some little girls chours to sing at the zoo and they could sell tickets and that is horrible how he walked out on them as he was a scammer i hate them and we need to support our zoo they are part of the entermainment we have to offer people who visit us and i if i had bought a ticket i would let the zoo have it they do need it badly. You know they depend on the money people pay to see the animals and they need the extra money for what the hurricane did to them one does not get over that so easily. It sometimes takes years to rebuild what has taken years to build to start with. I understand the zoo keepers was so happy to have that happen and then to be let down like that. If anyone out there knows anyone at Disneyland will you please speak to them and see what they can do not as a charity but out of the goodness of their hearts for the animals and for the people that so graciously comes to visit us at Gulf Shores. We appreciate all of them and i appreciate the zoo most of all dont you thank you everyone let us all pull together for them. God bless each and everyone of you. Sharron
