I really am unconcerned with the problems facing Wall Street or how they will affect me.  Some people may think that is crazy, but I am so crazy from being financially burdened myself that I am ready for this economy to fall flat so that we can maybe resolve issues that have been going on for such a long time.  I do not need another credit card payment or another auto loan, or another home equity line of credit.....I have to have those things because I cannot afford to pay my bills as it is even though I work 45 hrs a week and my husband 40 hrs.  I need a health care system that works for me and doesn't put me in debt, I need to know that when I retire (at the age of 67!) that I am going to have an income that will sustain me and not have to eat out of the dumpster that I will be living behind.  I need an insurance industry that won't raise my rates so high after a storm that I cannot make my mortgage payment.  I need a job that will pay me enough that I can afford to live at least comfortably.  I need a broken system to be fixed and I do not mean the one on Wall Street!  As it is now by the time I pay city, state, county and federal taxes I give most of my paycheck to a government that has left me to fend for myself in a sea of greed so what do I care, I have to be crazy just to get through the day anyway!
